1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of my-pixelplay.com (the “Website” or “PixelPlay”), operated by AEY Marketing LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” the “Company”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. 2.1 Products

PixelPlay is a general multi-product e-commerce platform (dropshipping). We offer various physical and digital products, including but not limited to lifestyle items, electronics, beauty accessories, fitness gear, home essentials, and apparel (“Products”). Prices are shown in USD unless specified otherwise and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue Products at any time.

2.2 Warranty

For manufacturing defects, we will replace the Product within one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling. 3. General Terms

We may remove or disable access to the material in accordance with the DMCA.

6. Arbitration

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, on a confidential basis under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s written decision will be final and binding. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. By agreeing to arbitration, the parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity (no class or representative actions).
